We were able to see Pooh and Tigger while visiting Epcot. Boston was thrilled to see Pooh again. He gave him a big smooch on the nose...
...and kept honking his nose...
...But he was quite terrified of Tigger. Poor kid. I think he just didn't recognize Tigger so he wasn't so warm to the idea of him.
Like I said, I completely forgot to take pictures at Epcot. There really aren't many things to take pictures of. Epcot is more of an experiential park than the other parks. There aren't a ton of rides; it is mostly a cultural experience.
We ate our lunch at the German restaurant they have there, and it was absolutely delicious! The food choices were quite authentic, and it was very tasty. They even had a band playing on the stage while we were eating. Boston wasn't too thrilled when the tuba player started travelling through the audience, but he enjoyed the music otherwise.
One of the things that I remembered from my visit to Epcot was the Coke tasting center. They have Coca-Cola products from around the world for you to try out....and there are some interesting drinks out there! There was one (and I don't remember what country it came from, Israel maybe?) that was so bitter and disgusting that I had to spit it out. Other than that one, the others were quite enjoyable.
We enjoyed our time at Epcot. It was mostly just another laid back day - not full of lines or crowds. They were having a food festival where they had a bunch of booths representing different countries all throughout the park. Each booth offered a sample size of a few dishes from the country as well as a few desserts. We definitely partook of several of the options. Quite tasty.
Just a little wrap-up, and then I'll be done
